The next time you are gobbling down the soft, delicious, warm, cheesy, noodles- Please Keep in Mind that there is a greater feeling than eating those mmmmm noodles.

Dog Sitting.

Seriously.

People pay you to give cuddles to their best friend. It’s adorable, and all of those adjectives listed above, guess what..THEY ARE HERE TOO!

SOFT, WARM Drool all over the place. Delicious- Deliciously full of cuteness.

Look at this retriever, for instance, cheesy coloured fur…

In conclusion, dog sitting is like eating mac n’ cheese that cuddles with you.

Imagine your wildest dreams. Is it to be a doctor? A world traveler? The owner of the Colts football team?

Now close your eyes and imagine how you would feel when…

For years, you worked day and night and grinded. You found success and were on a high with seemingly everlasting progress. Until one day you fall down and face conflict after conflict.

You hit a dead end. You were finished.

It was time to move on to another, more achievable goal.

Two years go by and you are no longer yourself, you are living a routine, you don’t smile anymore. Your friends notice a change in the you they knew.

Studying Hard

This was me. After years of success, I had fallen. I made the decision to not get up. Then I couldn’t get back up. Myself, who I was, was gone. I knew that I needed to make a change to achieve a different result.

Moving from Los Angeles California to the small town of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin was my big idea.

From that step, I knew the old me was coming back. I am a doer, not someone who waits around. I travel, I adventure, I shoot, I love, I explore. Because that’s all I can do. It makes me happy.

February 2, 2016: I now have a studio. My confidence has returned. My happiness, my desire, my decisiveness, my passion, my life worth living.

We all have something we were meant to do on this earth, and when you find it, work hard to achieve it.

“It is possible for you to have your dream; its necessary. It’s necessary that you have it, that you work on it. That you develop yourself and you go after what is yours in the universe.”

Manifest your greatness.

“I never set out to become anything in particular, but to live creatively.

I never want to take this for granted. So i try to keep my motivation simple real and positive. If I only scrape for living, at least its a living worth scraping.

I love doing what I do. “

Most Valuable Currency You Have

The effect you have on others, is the most valuable currency you have. Everything you gain in life will rot and fall apart, and all that will be left of you, was what was in your heart. You are ready and able to do beautiful things in this world today. And you only ever have two choices, love or fear. Always choose love, do not let fear play against your playful heart.

Be in the mindset to accomplish what you never imagined you could.

Labor Day

Without preconceived knowledge in depth of what being the the United States Army truly meant, I joined. I didn’t know that I would be awake most hours of the day, what it meant to respect your processors and keep your mouth shut though you oppose your leaders ideas sometimes, how you can keep training though your body feels like breaking and you could fall asleep at any moment.

A hundred times every day I remind myself that my inner and outer life are based on the labors of other men, living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order to give in the same measure as I have received and am still receiving.

Sights of Urban Beauty

Mallika and I were driving in my Kia Soul, Princess Buttercup, to a small town near Pasadena for a hang out session on Saturday. As we were driving on the freeway, around twenty-five different firework shows were going on throughout the city. The lights were reflecting off of the tall buildings of Downtown Los Angeles. I felt perfect. It was gorgeous and beautiful site. While in the car, we were jamming to some old-school music. *Cheers* to a wonderful night!

Didn’t Need: Glove liner. So much extra tuna fish packets, lol.

Should have brought: Ice axe which I left in the car thinking I would not need it. Day pack.

I was so happy that I brought the jackets that I did. It was well worth it. I made the trip with an older guy around late 40s early 50s who I met a week ago at an adventure store! We decided to make the trip with a night in between for altitude adjustment. A mistake we made was not brining a day pack. As a result we had to bring our big backpacking backpacks to carry jackets, water, food etc. . . . It was a lot of extra weight that didn’t need to be.
